Returns and Exchanges
At Piel Salada we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an easy process to exchange or return products. Below we detail our exchange and return policy:

Deadline for changes and returns:
You have up to 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. -
Product status:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging (if applicable). Products that have been used, washed or damaged will not be accepted. -
Process for changes:
To start an exchange process, you must take into account that if it is not due to an error on the part of Piel Salada or due to a defect or fault in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns process:
If you are not satisfied or have made a mistake with the purchase of your product, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund of the amount of your order. Once we have received the return and reviewed the condition of the product, we will proceed with the refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect. -
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error. In the case of a change of size or color, additional shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or incorrect product:
If you receive a defective product or one that is different from the one you ordered, we apologize and ask that you contact us immediately. In these cases, we will assume the return shipping costs and proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference. Once the product has been received in our studio and the condition of said product has been verified, the exchange or return will be made within the following 7 business days.
